One of the most important design elements of a collection is the production sheet or product data sheet. The data sheet is a document containing the production specifications for each garment. The data sheet indicates to the manufacturer all the necessary information to transform a project into the product as it was imagined.
In communication with the clients, we select and offer the best trims for the products, all tested very carefully according to the standards.
Our sample room is producing the samples with extreme sewing care and precision.
We are able to give shape to all the most creative of ideas and we provide prototypes for the fittings of these patterns and are hands-on for the actual fitting sessions.
Highly experienced in-house sample machinists who work closely with pattern makers to help ensure exceptional samples.
We are organized to produce not only big quantity orders but small design series also.
In the Pattern Department, work is created from a sketch. Thanks to our know-how in the sector, the perfect combination is achieved combining the idea of the style of the brand with the best processes and solutions.
The ideas of the designers are developed with professionalism both in the traditional way (patterns) and by using the most modern software solutions.
We also provide highly accurate graded patterns and markers.
The fit is fundamental for every garment and an aspect that must be taken care of with the utmost attention and professionalism. Each brand generally identifies itself with a well-defined fit and recognizes itself in it.
Through our experience and an important database of bases created up to now, we are able to accompany our customers season by season and therefore over time in the process of analysis and determination of the fit.
Our designer team can offer our own collection, or they can develop any designer idea. The development of the fashion designs, starts from a concept all the way to a perfect, fit- approved, sample.
Our clothing collections offers classic and trendy styles to fit all brands unique fashion senses, including dresses, tops, skirts, pants, shirts, suits as well as unique designed pieces.
